Interesting fact about yourself: Former GB national team ski racer, Olympic team coach and by now 25 year firefighter!
Proudest Achievement (in or out of AAH): in 2008 i trekked to Everest reaching the summit of Kala Pattar (18,500ft) with my 13 year old daughter and 75 year old father. This was where the idea for ‘Always Aim High’ was first born, and was a true turning point in my life.
Three words to describe yourself: Slateman, Sandman, Snowman
What’s your favourite film? (sorry I’m a music person, not film!): Arctic Monkeys
What’s your favourite book?: I’m currently reading ‘Life according to G’ which I’m really enjoying. He is a legend.
What’s your favourite meal?: Steak, frites
Nigel Kendrick
Name: Nigel Kendrick (AKA Kenny)
Your role: Director
Favourite AAH event: Sandman Triathlon
Interesting fact about yourself: I was part of the British Disabled Ski Team that went to the 2006 Winter Paralympics.
Proudest Achievement (in or out of AAH): I am extremely proud of the achievements of Always Aim High Events, my proudest moments come from seeing peoples reaction at our finish lines and knowing they have done their very best and had a great experience. This is all made possible by our professional AAH team, dedicated and fun loving marshals and the support of my fab family.

Interesting fact about yourself: I’m a GBR World Champion at White Water Rafting don’t ya know!!
Proudest achievement: Winning 2 Golds, 2 Silvers and overall GOLD at the White Water Rafting World Championships in Dubai 2016.

Proudest Achievement (in or out of AAH): In 2018 I cycled 13,000km from Windsor, UK to Kathmandu, Nepal
